Working within a busy trust team, this Senior Administrator role combines client portfolio management with mentoring responsibilities- ideal for someone progressing towards professional qualification! This role also includes mentoring junior colleagues and maintaining high technical standards.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administering a portfolio of trust and company structures.
- Preparing statutory records, payments, correspondence and bookkeeping entries.
- Assisting with client reviews and compliance processing.
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries and third parties.
- Monitoring billing and assisting with portfolio cash management.
- Recognising operational risks and escalating appropriately.
- Mentoring Trainees and Administrators.
- Maintaining knowledge of AML and regulatory updates.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be qualified, part-qualified or studying towards STEP/CGI/ACCA/ACA, or equivalent experience. Strong time management, technical competence and mentoring ability are essential.
