A fantastic opportunity to support a professional services group in delivering a people-first experience across the full colleague lifecycle. Working within a values-led People team, the successful candidate will provide administrative support across onboarding, data management, compliance, and internal communications.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating all onboarding tasks, including contracts, IT/facilities setup, compliance checks, and induction preparation.
- Supporting offboarding and ensuring accurate leaver documentation is completed.
- Maintaining accurate people data within HR systems and supporting regular audits.
- Processing contractual changes including transfers, promotions, and compensation updates.
- Managing right-to-work checks, references, and background screening.
- Responding to general People queries and supporting the upkeep of policies and handbooks.
- Liaising with Payroll and Finance to ensure data accuracy.
- Contributing to internal engagement initiatives and process improvements.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a People or HR administration role, with a solid understanding of onboarding and HR processes. Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and discretion when handling confidential data are essential. A positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative approach will support success in this role. A CIPD qualification (or working towards one) is desirable, along with experience in financial services or multi-jurisdictional environments.
