A brilliant opportunity to join a global professional services firm in a senior associate role focused on reward, recognition, and benefits! Working closely with local and offshore teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering people initiatives aligned with the firm's People Strategy and wider business goals.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the delivery and management of compensation and benefits programmes, including annual salary reviews and ad hoc changes.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the local employee recognition programme, including coordination with Payroll and relevant stakeholders.
  • Preparing materials and communications for the Remuneration Sub Committee and supporting related governance.
  • Conducting reward benchmarking and market analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate reward and recognition data in HR systems in collaboration with the Data Steward and Payroll.
  • Contributing to the development and review of reward-related policies, communications, and process improvements.
  • Assisting with benefit renewals and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Supporting projects related to systems implementation, process efficiency, and enhancements to reward offerings.
  • Collaborating with other Human Capital teams including Business Partners, Systems, and Talent Acquisition.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting reward, benefits, or recognition programmes within a professional services or HR environment. Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and a collaborative approach are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks across systems, data, and internal coordination. Familiarity with compensation cycles, recognition systems, and HR platforms such as Workday is desirable, and a CIPD qualification at Level 3 or above would be advantageous. Applicants must hold local residential status as work permits cannot be provided.
