Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a varied client portfolio, including complex trust and company structures.
- Ensuring all statutory, legal and accounting records are maintained in accordance with internal procedures.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, advisors and intermediaries.
- Attending client meetings in Guernsey or overseas where required.
- Carrying out trust control functions such as periodic reviews, financial statement reviews and updates to registers.
- Assisting with new business opportunities and contributing to relationship development.
- Supporting and guiding more junior staff, where applicable.
- Adhering to all internal policies and procedures and suggesting improvements where appropriate.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing trust and company structures and either hold, or be working towards, a relevant professional qualification. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Those applying at a senior level will also demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to support team development.
