This position is ideal for an experienced Trust Administrator who feels ready for greater responsibility but may not yet have held the title of Senior Administrator. You'll gain exposure to complex client matters while building on your existing fiduciary knowledge and experience.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering a portfolio of trust and company structures.
  • Processing client requests and instructions accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Actioning payments and distributions on behalf of client entities.
  • Reviewing investments and ensuring relevant documentation is completed.
  • Liaising with client accounting teams to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Preparing asset statements and supporting documentation.
  • Drafting minutes, resolutions and other fiduciary documentation.
  • Maintaining client files and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Monitoring compliance, due diligence and regulatory obligations.
  • Supporting client meetings and recording actions arising.
  • Assisting with new business enquiries and onboarding processes.
  • Conducting file reviews and supporting compliance requirements.
  • Providing guidance and training to junior team members where required.
  • Supporting project work and wider team initiatives.
  • Assisting with debtor management and fee collection activities.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years' trust and company administration experience and be looking to progress into a senior-level role. Previous Senior Administrator experience is not essential, as candidates who can demonstrate strong fiduciary knowledge and the ability to take on greater responsibility will be considered. A STEP or CGI/ICSA qualification, either completed, part-completed or in progress, would be advantageous, and full support towards professional qualifications is available. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of trust administration, compliance and financial crime requirements, together with excellent organisational, communication and relationship management skills. The successful individual will be proactive, detail-oriented and committed to delivering a high standard of client service.
