Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures.
- Undertake bookkeeping and general client administration.
- Prepare minutes, agreements, trust instruments and other statutory documentation.
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries and other professional institutions.
- Process the purchase and sale of investments, property and other assets.
- Arrange payments, distributions, invoices and investment transactions.
- Ensure client due diligence remains accurate and up to date.
- Review client reports and relevant supporting information.
- Maintain accurate statutory and client records.
- Support and train junior members of the team.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and in accordance with relevant fiduciary and regulatory requirements.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in Trust & Company Administration and be STEP or ICSA/CGI qualified. You'll have excellent knowledge of trust and company legislation across multiple offshore jurisdictions, together with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be confident working on your own initiative, prioritising your workload and solving problems while remaining flexible to changing client and business requirements. Excellent attention to detail, accountability and a collaborative approach are essential, alongside a willingness to continue developing your technical knowledge and adapting to regulatory change.
