Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of trusts, companies and other structures.
  • Providing excellent client service and maintaining regular communication.
  • Completing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Preparing and filing supporting documentation for client and internal requests.
  • Liaising with banks, investment managers and third parties regarding client assets.
  • Carrying out periodic reviews and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Recording time accurately and achieving efficiency and debtor targets.
  • Supporting senior colleagues with administrative tasks where required.
  • Promoting the reputation and values of the business as an effective team member.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' trust administration experience, with the ability to manage a varied portfolio confidently. Strong communication skills, sound organisational ability and comfort working under pressure are essential. They will demonstrate good understanding of AML requirements, proficiency with MS Office and the ability to work collaboratively. STEP study or a relevant degree is advantageous.
