This position offers the chance to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio within a supportive, independent fiduciary environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Trust Manager to deliver well-presented, accurate client deliverables and contribute to the smooth running of the wider team.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-day trust administration, reporting, and liaison with clients and advisors.
  • Maintenance of client records and registers, including statutory documents.
  • CDD collection and review, ensuring full compliance with internal policies.
  • Preparation of board minutes and documentation for trust-related actions.
  • Execution and recording of distributions, loan payments, and asset transfers.
  • Supporting bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounts preparation.
  • Monitoring investment performance and assisting with regulatory reporting.
  • Preparing and reviewing billing, assisting with fee collection.
  • Mentoring junior team members and assisting where needed across the team.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in offshore trust administration and will ideally hold or be studying towards a STEP qualification. They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
