This client-facing position offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of international trust and company structures within a close-knit, relationship-led fiduciary team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments, maintaining client records, supporting transactions, and helping deliver exceptional service.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering trusts, companies, and private client relationships in line with governing documents.
  • Drafting trust and company minutes, resolutions, and administrative correspondence.
  • Liaising with banks, investment managers, legal advisors, and service providers.
  • Processing incorporations, account openings, investments, and terminations.
  • Recording all financial transactions accurately and reconciling bank accounts.
  • Maintaining organised client files, differentiating between correspondence and permanent records.
  • Developing rapport with clients, responding to instructions and enquiries confidently.
  • Accurately recording time and ensuring client funds are managed with accuracy and care.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in trust or corporate administration and be working towards a relevant qualification such as STEP. Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential. A high level of organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-focused attitude are key. Familiarity with digital recordkeeping systems and working within a regulated environment is expected.
