You'll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of trust and corporate structures, contribute to process improvements and support the development of junior team members while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer a portfolio of corporate, trust and fiduciary clients throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and colleagues.
  • Assist with the establishment and ongoing administration of companies, partnerships, trusts and other fiduciary structures.
  • Manage client transactions, workflows and deadlines to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing regulatory compliance activities.
  • Work closely with the Risk and Compliance team to maintain accurate client due diligence records.
  • Maintain client data and records within internal systems.
  • Monitor work in progress, time recording and debt collection activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an experienced fiduciary professional with a strong understanding of corporate, trust and fiduciary services and a proven ability to manage a varied client portfolio. You'll have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritise competing workloads while delivering exceptional client service. STEP or CGI (ICSA) qualification, or progression towards one, is preferred, together with a commitment to continuous professional development. Experience using specialist industry systems, such as Viewpoint or document management software, would be advantageous, along with a proactive approach to process improvement, collaboration and mentoring junior colleagues.
