Fund Administration Manager

Leading client relationships, developing team members and overseeing complex fund structures are all central to this role. You'll become a key figure within the administration team, helping to drive service excellence across a portfolio of private equity and real estate clients.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of fund administration clients.
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for clients and service providers.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members.
  • Overseeing board meetings, company secretarial activities and regulatory filings.
  • Reviewing treasury activities and operational processes.
  • Supporting fund closings, transfers, investments and winding-up activities.
  • Monitoring client deadlines, KPIs and service standards.
  • Supporting new business onboarding and implementation projects.
  • Managing client billing and fee arrangements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' fund administration experience and possess strong knowledge of private equity and real estate fund structures. They will hold, be studying towards, or be willing to undertake a professional qualification such as CGI or equivalent. Previous team management experience, strong client relationship skills and the ability to oversee complex administration matters are essential. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive and capable of leading and developing others.
