Senior Fund Accountant - Private Equity Accounting

Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain investment and portfolio records across a range of fund structures.
- Process investment transactions, valuations and income receipts.
- Prepare reconciliations, bookkeeping entries and invoice coding.
- Produce client and investor reports within agreed deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, investment advisers and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Monitor team workflows and support the delivery of client commitments.
- Assist with maintaining accounting trackers and reporting schedules.
- Support process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues where appropriate.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with internal procedures.
Skills / Qualifications
Our client is seeking an experienced fund accountant with a background in Private Equity, credit funds or alternative investment structures. You'll ideally be part-qualified ACA or ACCA and have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A client-focused approach, strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders will be essential, together with the ability to learn new systems and contribute to continuous improvement.
