In this role you will act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients under the direction of a manager and provide accurate, well-presented client deliverables.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Administering a portfolio of clients (including VC funds, management companies and associated fund vehicles), including liaising with clients and third parties.
Co-ordinating and processing all aspects of the fund's operations.
Processing and assisting with complex areas of fund operations including the set-up and licensing of new entities, applications to tax authorities and collation of due diligence documents.
Co-ordinating company secretarial matters including preparation of minutes, board packs and reports.
Skills / Qualifications
If you have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in fund administration and hold, or are studying towards a recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA), ACCA, ACA and possess the ability to understand and interpret fund documentation and GFSC regulations, get in touch.How To Apply
