Senior Fund Accountant - Fund of Funds

• Administering private equity, real estate and fund of fund structures.
• Processing and coordinating fund operations including calls and distributions.
• Maintaining accurate investor records and processing investor changes and transfers.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc investor reporting.
• Producing quarterly NAV packs, management accounts and investor capital accounts.
• Supporting the preparation of annual audited financial statements.
• Liaising with auditors throughout the audit process.
• Monitoring client deliverables and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Managing client and investor queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Building strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior team members and reviewing work where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a fund administration or financial services environment and be part-qualified in a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA or equivalent. They will demonstrate strong organisational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. Good technical knowledge of financial services and fund accounting principles is essential, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful individual will be proactive, collaborative and comfortable working within a fast-paced client-focused environment.
