This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced internal finance professional to take responsibility for reporting accuracy and cash flow monitoring within a multi-entity environment. This role requires precision, accountability and strong collaboration with senior finance colleagues.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with general administrative duties of the finance department, including bookkeeping and cash management.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end internal financial reports for allocated jurisdictions.
  • Supporting preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Assisting with debt collection and monitoring cash flow across jurisdictions.
  • Ensuring accurate recording of time and fee transactions, supporting client billing processes.
  • Liaising with colleagues to reconcile timesheets, disbursements and expense postings monthly.
  • Posting invoices to correct general ledger codes and reconciling bank accounts.
  • Ensuring monthly reconciliations are signed off and filed appropriately.
  • Assisting other members of the Internal Finance team to meet consolidated reporting deadlines.
  • Maintaining accuracy within the PlainSail timekeeping system.
  • Reviewing reporting layouts to ensure clarity, consistency and correctness of figures.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge within an internal finance function and experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations and reporting processes. They may hold or be working towards a relevant qualification such as FIA, CAT or ACCA and will demonstrate commitment to professional development. Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are essential. The successful candidate will be proactive, capable of resolving moderately complex issues and confident communicating across departments while maintaining high service standards.
