This is a hands-on HR role supporting onboarding, employee data management and People projects! The position combines structured administration with the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating onboarding processes including contracts, compliance checks and internal system setup.
- Managing offboarding processes and ensuring accurate record updates.
- Maintaining and auditing HR system data to ensure integrity and compliance.
- Responding to general People queries and signposting colleagues appropriately.
- Supporting policy maintenance and communication.
- Managing compliance checks including right-to-work and references.
- Liaising with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate data flow.
- Supporting People initiatives, engagement activities and systems enhancements.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements across the People lifecycle.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous HR or People administration experience with strong knowledge of onboarding and lifecycle processes. They will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational capability and confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools. Professionalism, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential. A proactive, accountable mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a regulated or professional services environment will ensure success in this role.
