This position plays a key part in coordinating and administering learning activity, ensuring programmes are delivered smoothly and records are accurately maintained. It offers excellent exposure to learning systems, programme delivery and organisational development!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the implementation and ongoing development of the learning and development system.
  • Building and maintaining learning frameworks, pathways and curricula aligned to business needs.
  • Configuring system access, user roles, learning journeys and reporting functionality.
  • Uploading, managing and maintaining learning content, ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Acting as system owner and providing first-line support to users across the business.
  • Liaising with system providers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Coordinating learning programmes end to end, including scheduling, logistics and communications.
  • Tracking attendance, completion and follow-up actions for learning initiatives.
  • Liaising with internal subject matter experts and external training providers.
  • Supporting the rollout of mandatory, role-based and development learning programmes.
  • Maintaining accurate learning records, attendance logs and completion data.
  • Producing learning reports and management information, including compliance and participation data.
  • Monitoring feedback and evaluation data to support continuous improvement.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve learning processes, system functionality and user experience.
  • Supporting the development of standardised learning processes, templates and guidance.
  • Contributing insight from learning data to support the evolution of the learning strategy.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a learning and development, HR, training or administration role, with a strong system-focused mindset. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with data, reporting and management information. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience building or configuring a learning management system and supporting learning programmes within a professional or regulated environment would be advantageous. A proactive, methodical and service-oriented approach is key to success in this role.
