Working within a busy Yacht Services team, this role provides day-to-day responsibility for crew administration and payroll support. It is ideal for someone with client-facing experience who enjoys structure, detail and working in a fast-moving environment!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering crew contracts and payroll processes from employment through to termination.
  • Processing crew payroll, including social security obligations.
  • Issuing employment agreements within required timeframes.
  • Maintaining accurate crew records across internal systems.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for crew employment and payroll queries.
  • Ensuring appropriate insurances and compliance documentation are in place.
  • Monitoring certification and safe manning documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating crew travel and maintaining leave records.
  • Supporting recruitment processes where required.
  • Escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Supporting wider yacht services and group collaboration initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent and have client or customer-facing experience. They will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, alongside a proactive and solution-driven mindset. Previous yachting experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
