Join a well-established fiduciary firm in an onboarding-focused position that plays a vital role in client acquisition and transition. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this position involves coordinating all aspects of onboarding new structures, ensuring thorough documentation and alignment with internal policies. Flexibility on hours or term-time working may be available for the right candidate.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding of new client structures, including transfers from retiring trustees or corporate service providers.
- Ensuring structure charts, statutory records, CDD documentation, SoW/SoF details and agreements are correctly obtained, signed and recorded.
- Reviewing documentation and ensuring rationale, activity and asset profiles are clearly understood and documented.
- Liaising with key committees (Business, Tax, Compliance and Operations) to complete relevant checks and monitoring.
- Coordinating handover to administration teams and supporting repapering with banks and investment managers.
- Maintaining accurate records of prospective clients and reporting quarterly pipeline activity to the Board.
- Ensuring policies and procedures are followed with high attention to completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a fiduciary or compliance role and a strong understanding of the GFSC Handbook. Familiarity with onboarding, client risk assessment and CDD processes is essential, alongside excellent organisational and analytical skills. Knowledge of Acumen or Laserfiche would be advantageous but is not essential.
