Join a well-regarded financial services provider in a fixed-term role focused on client remediation on a 6-month contract basis. This is a hands-on opportunity to support compliance with internal standards and international regulations through the review and updating of client files. Working closely with internal teams, the successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining data accuracy and regulatory adherence across client structures.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting detailed reviews of client files to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Assessing source of wealth and source of funds information in line with internal and external requirements.
- Completing risk assessments and updating records within systems such as Viewpoint.
- Supporting the remediation of client files, including assisting with client exits where necessary.
- Liaising with client teams and internal stakeholders to gather missing documentation or clarify inconsistencies.
- Ensuring case progress is accurately documented and deadlines are met.
- Escalating high-risk issues to senior colleagues as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in trust or corporate administration, or within a compliance-related function. Proven experience with file reviews, a sound understanding of regulatory obligations and strong attention to detail are essential. The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong judgment and the ability to work independently while supporting a wider remediation project.
