A fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal position in a dynamic and growing investor services team. Our client provides a comprehensive range of fund administration services across a global client base, with a strong focus on private equity and closed-ended fund structures. The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality client delivery, mentoring junior staff and supporting technical processes from onboarding through to termination.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating all aspects of investor services operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, AML/CDD reviews, and investor transactions.
  • Managing relationships with clients, third parties and internal stakeholders to provide consistent, high-quality service.
  • Supporting the delivery of capital call and distribution notices, reconciliations, and reporting within agreed service levels.
  • Maintaining and reviewing core system records, managing transitions and supporting compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing procedural adherence and contributing to risk reduction, process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Providing coaching and leadership to junior team members and promoting a collaborative team culture.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in fund administration with strong knowledge of private equity structures. They should demonstrate proven technical ability across the investor services spectrum, including AML and FATCA/CRS compliance. A professional qualification or relevant degree is preferred, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on, proactive attitude.
