Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Assisting with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of investment funds.
Liaising with investment advisors, fund directors, accountants, bankers, and other stakeholders.
Responding to investor queries and undertaking general administration tasks.
Preparing and issuing call and distribution notices in coordination with clients.
Monitoring drawdown receipts and maintaining investor records to a high standard.
Supporting investor service-related projects and FATCA/CRS reporting processes.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years' experience in fund administration, with a strong academic background and willingness to pursue relevant training. A confident communicator with excellent Excel skills, they will demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and a team-focused approach. Knowledge of private equity and basic bookkeeping would be advantageous.How To Apply
