As a Fund Administrator, you will carry out the routine day-to-day administration for a portfolio of clients under the direction of a manager.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Administering a portfolio of clients (including VC funds, management companies and associated fund vehicles) and liaising with clients and third parties.
Assisting with the processing of all aspects of the fund's operations.
Undertaking the accurate maintenance of all investor and fund records in the relevant systems.
Assisting with company secretarial matters including the preparation of minutes, board packs and reports.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' relevant experience in fund administration, be willing to study towards a recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA) or equivalent, and possess a basic understanding and ability to interpret fund documentation.How To Apply
