A great opportunity to be part of our client's growing administration team providing company secretarial and fund administration services to real estate and private equity clients. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual with a strong understanding of fund structures.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing day-to-day fund administration tasks, including regulatory filings and investor correspondence.
Organising and attending board meetings, preparing minutes, and arranging document execution.
Carrying out treasury-related activities, such as reviewing payments and assisting with bank account openings.
Overseeing statutory registers, investor records, and administrative trackers.
Supporting client onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assisting with company secretarial duties and maintaining high standards of governance.
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in fund administration and be working towards a relevant professional qualification such as CGI or similar. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.How To Apply
