This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team delivering high-touch fiduciary services to some of the world’s wealthiest families. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of complex structures, engaging with clients and advisers while ensuring full regulatory compliance and a consistently high standard of service.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering a portfolio of trust, company, and foundation structures for ultra-high-net-worth families.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, advisers, and relationship managers.
  • Preparing and executing resolutions, board minutes, and authorised payments.
  • Reviewing financial statements and overseeing regulatory adherence across structures.
  • Participating in client meetings and supporting day-to-day fiduciary operations.
  • Applying sound fiduciary judgement and managing risk appropriately.
  • Ensuring all documentation and client records are maintained accurately and in line with policies.
  • Collaborating with global fiduciary teams to ensure consistency of service and best practice.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and supporting the team’s strategic objectives.


Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have proven fiduciary experience, ideally with STEP or ICSA qualifications (or working towards one). A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, best practice fiduciary standards, and high levels of discretion are essential. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive, professional approach.
