This is a senior opportunity for an experienced trust professional to manage a complex portfolio of international structures and play a key role in client relationship development. The successful candidate will also lead junior team members and support wider strategic growth in a dynamic and well-regarded fiduciary business.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of trust and company structures, including strategic transactions.
  • Maintaining high service standards in day-to-day administration.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and their advisers.
  • Handling complex assets such as private equity, real estate, and securities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and internal risk controls.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development.


Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a STEP, ICSA, or equivalent professional qualification and have extensive experience in managing large, complex structures. Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role also requires the ability to identify opportunities and collaborate with advisers, clients, and regulators.
