This is a great opportunity to join a global financial institution in a client-facing role focused on the administration of high-value fiduciary structures. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of complex trust and company entities for institutional clients, supporting the delivery of bespoke services across banking, custody, funds, and fiduciary disciplines.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administering a mixed portfolio of trust and company structures for institutional clients.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, advisers, and managers, attending meetings as needed.
- Preparing and executing board minutes, resolutions, and authorised documentation.
- Coordinating payments and reviewing financial statements.
- Ensuring structures remain compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and decision-making documentation.
- Liaising with internal teams to support consistency of service and process improvements.
- Acting as an authorised signatory and handling service-related matters.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be qualified or working towards a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA, or have equivalent fiduciary experience. A strong understanding of fiduciary best practices, regulatory frameworks, and risk management is essential. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organisational abilities. Competency in Microsoft Office and sound numeracy skills are also required.
