This is a senior-level appointment within a global fiduciary business, offering an opportunity to lead a team of trust professionals while managing key client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of complex structures, developing staff and driving business strategy through operational excellence and client servicing.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing a team of 5–10 trust professionals, including recruitment, performance management, development and appraisal.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and their advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
Leading client servicing activities including business travel and participating in business development opportunities.
Acting as a director on client companies and holding A signatory status.
Ensuring team adherence to regulatory policies and internal procedures.
Monitoring team profitability, risk exposure, debtor status and workflow efficiency.
Supporting new business reviews and contributing to firm-wide management strategy.
Attending management meetings and assisting in enhancing operational procedures.

Skills / Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in trust management and hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP, ICSA, CIB). Strong leadership, organisational and relationship management skills are essential. Previous experience as a director on client companies and sound knowledge of international tax, inheritance, and regulatory frameworks (CRS/FATCA) are required. The ability to influence, innovate, and lead others is key to this role.
