This is a senior-level opportunity with a fiduciary services firm seeking an experienced individual to contribute to strategic leadership, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in business development, operational oversight, and ensuring exceptional client service delivery, with a clear path to board-level responsibility.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Contributing to the strategic direction and leadership of the firm.
- Overseeing the management and administration of trust and company structures.
- Acting as a key client contact for high-value relationships and supporting business development opportunities, including international travel where required.
- Ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality client service.
- Managing profitability, billing, and debtor exposure across the client portfolio.
- Providing technical advice and support to the team on trust, legal, regulatory, investment, and international matters.
- Acting as a director of client companies and holding "A" signatory status.
- Supporting ongoing policy review and revision in coordination with compliance.
- Overseeing risk management procedures for both existing clients and new business opportunities.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP, ACCA, ICSA/CGI, Law Degree, ACA) and have at least 10 years' experience in fiduciary services, with a strong understanding of trust and corporate administration. A proven record in senior leadership, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and sound commercial judgement are essential. Experience acting as a director and managing risk at a strategic level is highly desirable.
