Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Processing payments and preparing cheque requests as instructed.
- Drafting simple client correspondence, resolutions, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assisting with client research tasks and management reporting.
- Supporting the administration of trusts and companies under guidance.
- Developing professional relationships with clients, advisers, and other stakeholders.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a school leaver with strong academic results or someone with up to 2 years' experience in financial services. A willingness to study towards a professional qualification such as STEP is essential. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines are key. The successful applicant will demonstrate discretion, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
