Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the administrative functions that underpin regulatory operations.
- Assisting with the coordination and delivery of internal processes and procedures.
- Handling correspondence, maintaining records and monitoring service requests.
- Assisting with case and file preparation and contributing to accurate reporting.
- Providing support with policy implementation and procedural updates.
- Participating in ad hoc project and process review work.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring excellent administrative and organisational skills, with experience of working in a regulated, public sector or customer-facing environment. Strong interpersonal and IT skills, along with a collaborative approach, are essential.How To Apply
