Join a leading provider of private client, corporate and fund administration services, delivering high-quality support to an international client base. This role will focus on administering a portfolio of trust and company structures, providing accurate and timely service in line with professional and regulatory standards.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administering a portfolio of trusts and companies in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues to ensure effective service delivery.
- Preparing and reviewing routine correspondence and documentation.
- Maintaining client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Supporting team members and contributing to the smooth running of the department.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within fiduciary services. A relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or ACCA would be advantageous, though study support will be provided. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively are key to success in this position.
