Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to support their Investor Services function. The position focuses on delivering high-quality service across onboarding, investor activity and ongoing fund operations.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the administration of fund structures and investor services activities.
- Assisting with client and investor onboarding processes.
- Preparing and reviewing CDD packs for investors across varying risk profiles.
- Supporting periodic reviews and trigger event processes.
- Processing fund sub-closes and investor transactions.
- Preparing and reviewing capital calls, distributions and investor notices.
- Completing bank reconciliations and supporting financial processes.
- Liaising with internal teams including compliance, onboarding and FATCA/CRS specialists.
- Handling client and investor queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting operational delivery in line with service level agreements.
- Assisting with process improvements and project work where required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the fund administration sector, with a focus on private equity and closed-ended fund structures. They will demonstrate a good working knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS regulations, along with experience onboarding clients, funds and investors. Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of corporate governance and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also required.
