Join a leading international provider of fund administration services in a senior Investor Services role. This position offers the opportunity to oversee complex closed-ended structures while managing client relationships and team performance.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating client service delivery and managing the day-to-day workload of the Investor Services team.
  • Overseeing assigned deadlines and ensuring the overall quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of fund operations, from onboarding through to business-as-usual activity and termination.
  • Reviewing and processing fund sub-closes, capital call and distribution calculations, and associated investor notices.
  • Ensuring all activities are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fund managers, investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing client onboarding and fund transitions as required.
  • Proactively resolving client queries and operational issues, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members, providing guidance on complex technical queries.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including operational automation and investor services-related projects.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.
  • Managing resources effectively to ensure all deliverables are met within challenging deadlines.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or relevant professional qualification and have a minimum of 5 years' experience within fund administration, with specific exposure to private equity and closed-ended structures. They will demonstrate strong end-to-end knowledge of Investor Services functions, including capital calls, distributions, sub-closes and onboarding. Proven leadership ability, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to manage client relationships are essential. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and corporate governance, along with strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail-focused approach, is required.
