Senior Fund & Investment Administrator

• Collecting and reviewing shareholder Client Due Diligence and account opening documentation.
• Processing shareholder transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Preparing and reviewing weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual fund valuations using AcuFund.
• Reviewing investment adviser trade recommendations to ensure compliance with fund restrictions.
• Managing shareholder communications and fee payments.
• Performing client bank account reconciliations.
• Conducting file and risk reviews of fund shareholders.
• Liaising with fund custodians and auditors.
• Supporting regulatory compliance requirements and preparation of regulatory returns.
• Preparing FATCA/CRS reporting and administration reports for board packs.
• Placing trades for trust and company clients and processing associated payments.
• Maintaining internal spreadsheets and monitoring central investment inboxes.
• Assisting with project work and additional operational duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' fund administration experience and strong numerical capability. They will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Experience within fund administration is essential, and a relevant professional qualification such as ICA or Guernsey Offshore Certificate would be advantageous. Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills are required, including formula capability.
