This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our client's ambitious and exciting Governance Services team.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Managing and being responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
Ensuring client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured.
Assisting with the incorporation of companies and any related work in respect of the acceptance of new business.
Ensuring timely processing of work, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines, recording time and managing WIP and debt collection.
Attending client meetings, taking and writing board meeting minutes.
Skills / Qualifications
Proven experience in a relevant role is essential, coupled with a demonstrable understanding of corporate, trust, and fiduciary services principles and concepts. Excellent organisational skills, a clear focus on prioritisation, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines are crucial. Additionally, highly developed interpersonal skills are a necessity. Candidates should be either partially or fully qualified with STEP or CGI and demonstrate a keen interest in continuous personal development.How To Apply
