This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our client's ambitious and exciting Governance Services team.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and being responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
- Ensuring client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured.
- Assisting with the incorporation of companies and any related work in respect of the acceptance of new business.
- Ensuring timely processing of work, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines, recording time and managing WIP and debt collection.
- Attending client meetings, taking and writing board meeting minutes.
Skills / Qualifications
Proven experience in a relevant role is essential, coupled with a demonstrable understanding of corporate, trust, and fiduciary services principles and concepts. Excellent organisational skills, a clear focus on prioritisation, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines are crucial. Additionally, highly developed interpersonal skills are a necessity. Candidates should be either partially or fully qualified with STEP or CGI and demonstrate a keen interest in continuous personal development.How To Apply
