Join a growing retail business where you'll lead the planning and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple store locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional to drive local customer engagement, support new store launches and contribute to business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing strategies to life while enhancing the customer experience.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and deliver annual retail marketing plans to support business growth.
- Plan and coordinate local marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal activities.
- Support new store openings through the delivery of launch campaigns and promotional activity.
- Coordinate store-specific marketing across print, digital, social media, PR and in-store materials.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for store managers, providing guidance and campaign support.
- Translate central marketing plans into practical actions for retail teams.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Build relationships with local media, community partners and external suppliers.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through local partnerships and community engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, sales data and marketing effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Manage local marketing budgets and support reporting on campaign performance.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail marketing activities.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for retail marketing. They will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
