Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Advise clients on suitable personal and commercial insurance products based on their individual needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Arrange, sell and manage insurance policies in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure the most appropriate cover and terms.
- Assess client risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Manage and review existing client portfolios to ensure ongoing suitability and service.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports and customer documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, insurers and industry partners.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members where required.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Keep up to date with insurance products, market trends and regulatory changes.
