This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to support the successful delivery of energy projects through efficient coordination and administrative support. The hours for this temporary position are 8am-4.45pm on site.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing direct support to the Projects Manager and wider project teams during peak periods.
- Coordinating project schedules, meetings, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responding promptly to client, supplier, and team enquiries to ensure project timelines are met.
- Managing project documentation, including Planning Applications, GEL forms, and ballast reports.
- Supporting the Programme Manager to deliver cost-effective solutions and on-time installations.
- Acting as first point of contact in the office; managing phone calls, deliveries, and visitor interactions.
- Ensuring data accuracy across reports and project-related records.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally within a technical or construction setting. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Candidates should be comfortable using office software, communicating effectively across teams, and confident in working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
