A brilliant opportunity to join a well-established telecommunications provider, delivering growth across domestic and international wholesale channels. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales and Service Manager to drive revenue through MVNO, broadband, Ethernet and IP solutions, whilst nurturing long-term relationships with carrier partners.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of MVNO and carrier clients, acting as the main service and account contact.
- Driving wholesale revenue in line with agreed quarterly and annual targets.
- Identifying and converting new opportunities in the global telecoms marketplace.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of best-in-class solutions.
- Leading the bid and proposal process in conjunction with wider business functions.
- Overseeing the delivery and service management of wholesale solutions, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Producing accurate sales reports, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
- Delivering key account reviews and maintaining records in internal systems.
- Adhering to regulatory, compliance, and data protection responsibilities relevant to the position.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded sales and service professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in telecoms or ICT. Strong experience in account development planning, C-level engagement, and wholesale telecoms propositions is required. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and project management skills and a confident, proactive approach to relationship building. A full, clean driving licence is essential due to the client-facing nature of the role.
