This is a client-facing IT support role focused on providing expert technical services and on-site assistance. You will act as a trusted advisor for multiple clients, delivering troubleshooting and support while contributing to internal documentation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting end users with desktop, network and server troubleshooting.
- Managing installations of hardware, software, printers and scanners.
- Logging and managing support enquiries using ticketing systems.
- Conducting daily health checks and preventative maintenance.
- Providing onsite and remote technical assistance to clients.
- Documenting all technical procedures and resolutions.
- Collaborating with engineering and infrastructure teams to meet service expectations.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience with Windows, Microsoft 365/Azure, networking and hardware. A clean driving licence is required for travel to client sites. Strong problem-solving skills, documentation abilities and excellent client communication are all essential. Ongoing certification in Microsoft technologies is encouraged.
