Join our client- a local fiduciary and fund administration firm, supporting venture capital and private client services. This role supports the day-to-day technology needs of the business, managing the interface between staff and external IT partners while ensuring systems remain secure, accessible and compliant.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support, resolving and escalating technical issues.
- Managing access to systems and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Maintaining the asset register and access matrix, including for banking systems.
- Supporting cyber security monitoring, including vulnerability tracking and phishing simulations.
- Coordinating IT-related training and monitoring completion across the business.
- Supporting the vCISO relationship and participating in cyber incident readiness.
- Handling operational tasks such as parking rosters, invoice reviews, and systems documentation.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years' relevant experience in an IT support environment, with strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Azure, and Google Workspace. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.
