Bring together your organisational skills and interest in people development in this varied Learning & Development role. You'll coordinate learning programmes, work with internal and external training providers and ensure the organisation's learning platform remains accurate, structured and easy to use. The role would suit someone who is naturally methodical and process-driven.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing development of the learning management system.
- Build structured learning frameworks, pathways and curricula aligned with business needs.
- Configure system access, learning journeys and reporting functionality.
- Upload and maintain learning content, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Act as the first point of contact for learning system support and queries.
- Liaise with system providers and internal stakeholders regarding improvements and issues.
- Coordinate learning programmes, including scheduling, logistics and communications.
- Maintain attendance, completion and follow-up records.
- Liaise with internal subject matter experts and external training providers.
- Support mandatory, role-specific and development learning initiatives.
- Produce learning reports and management information covering participation, completion and compliance.
- Monitor feedback and evaluation data to identify improvements.
- Develop standardised learning processes, templates and guidance.
- Use system data and operational insight to support the wider learning strategy.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Learning & Development, HR, training or a related administrative role, together with excellent organisation and attention to detail. You'll have a strong systems mindset and be comfortable working with learning data, reporting and management information, with the ability to create and maintain structured processes. Previous experience implementing or significantly configuring a Learning Management System, building learning pathways or working within a regulated or professional services environment would be particularly advantageous. You'll be a confident communicator and proficient with Microsoft Office, with a methodical, proactive and solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality learning experience.
