Play a hands-on role in the successful delivery of a strategic Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation project! Supporting workstreams across Guernsey operations, data reconciliation and operating model alignment, this coordination-focused role requires a proactive individual with strong project delivery skills and the ability to drive momentum. This role will operate on a fixed term contract period of 1 year.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting and coordinating delivery across multiple project workstreams.
- Maintaining visibility of key dependencies between Guernsey, JBI and operational alignment initiatives.
- Assisting with process mapping, workflow documentation and operating model design.
- Acting as liaison between internal and external teams, ensuring communication and progress are sustained.
- Escalating issues and managing feedback loops across stakeholders.
- Contributing to delivery prioritisation and light-touch governance without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination experience and a bias for action. They should demonstrate proven ability to map and analyse business processes, manage competing priorities and work within dynamic environments. Stakeholder engagement, excellent communication and a collaborative approach will be essential. Experience in data, operations or compliance-related projects is beneficial .
