Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service across all channels, including phone, email and in person.
- Handling enquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring accurate and relevant information is shared.
- Supporting front-of-house duties and covering reception as needed.
- Managing daily work lists and responding to inbound queries within agreed timeframes.
- Assisting customers with digital services and promoting the bank's online offering.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services and procedures, and supporting vulnerable customers where required.
- Upholding internal values, behaviours and professional standards at all times.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong written and verbal communication skills. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to respond empathetically to customer needs are essential. Applicants should have GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent), a willingness to learn, and a working knowledge of banking products and services. Experience supporting vulnerable clients is advantageous.
