Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their Credit Operations team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This position is essential in supporting the organisation's lending activities, ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with credit administration processes and ensuring appropriate authorisations are obtained.
- Managing the preparation of facility letters, loan set-ups, and ongoing maintenance of client facility data.
- Coordinating documentation including legal opinions, security and facility documentation.
- Liaising with legal and valuation professionals and supporting the completion and drawdown of facilities.
- Assisting with loan repayments, sub-participated facilities and process improvement initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in credit administration, with a strong understanding of facility issuance and related processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and familiarity with banking systems would be advantageous.
