Our client, a respected fiduciary business, is looking for a motivated Client Services Senior Officer to take ownership of a varied client portfolio. This role offers exposure to complex structures and opportunities for continued professional growth within a collaborative environment.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of trust and company clients and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinating and attending client meetings, preparing reports and documentation as required.
- Responding promptly to queries from clients, beneficiaries, and intermediaries.
- Preparing trust and company documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and statutory returns.
- Maintaining statutory and internal records accurately, both electronically and on paper.
- Bookkeeping transactions and preparing financial records for review.
- Issuing invoices and managing client billing processes.
- Liaising with advisors, lawyers, and other third parties as required.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and best practice requirements.
- Participating in internal meetings and contributing to the development of procedures and policies.
- Supporting business development initiatives and identifying potential new opportunities.
- Assisting directors and colleagues to ensure the efficient running of the office and adherence to service standards.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years' experience in trust and company administration and hold, or be working towards, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI. They will demonstrate a proactive, client-focused approach and possess strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team. The successful candidate will be motivated, professional, and committed to continuous development through ongoing training and CPD.
