Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including reception and meeting room preparation.
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, post and courier services.
  • Support workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic client, statutory and business records.
  • Manage document scanning, filing, archiving, storage and retrieval.
  • Maintain accurate information across internal systems and support data quality initiatives.
  • Process client instructions, requests, payments and case activities.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisers and service providers.
  • Manage and progress client cases, following up and escalating matters where required.
  • Support inward funds monitoring, fee processing, risk assessments and client due diligence.
  • Assist with AML, KYC and other regulatory processes where required.
  • Contribute to process improvements and wider business support activities.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous administration, customer service or office-based experience within financial services would be advantageous but isn't essential, and applications are welcomed from those looking to begin their financial services career, including school leavers. You'll have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while handling confidential information professionally. GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths are required, but no specific professional qualifications are necessary and training will be provided. You'll also bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn and the flexibility to support different areas of the business as required.
