Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately inputting purchase invoices from multiple retail sites.
- Processing and recording invoices from the customer service team.
- Checking all documentation thoroughly before processing to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining up-to-date and organised records on company databases.
- Assisting with general administrative duties within the department.
- Supporting the Administration Manager with ongoing and new areas of responsibility as the department continues to develop.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure efficient workflows and clear communication.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be methodical, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately under pressure. Previous administrative or finance experience is desirable, though training will be provided. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to learn and support the wider team. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and eager to take on new challenges as the role evolves.
