You'll work closely with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations are met while supporting the ongoing development of efficient and effective processes. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Review investor AML and CDD documentation.
  • Support investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes.
  • Assist with the delivery of investor lifecycle services.
  • Process and review investor transactions and fund sub-closes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties.
  • Support administrators with technical AML and operational queries.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Assist with operational improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Support client transitions and new business onboarding.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an experienced AML professional with at least 5 years' experience within the fund administration sector, with a particular focus on AML. You'll have a strong working knowledge of AML, FATCA and CRS regulations, together with experience onboarding clients, funds and investors. Excellent communication, organisational and client service skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise workloads, support colleagues with more technical matters and consistently deliver high-quality work within challenging deadlines.
