Join a client-facing fiduciary team where you will take ownership of a portfolio of trust and company structures. This role offers the opportunity to work with minimal supervision while supporting junior team members and delivering high-quality client service.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and administering a portfolio of trust and company clients efficiently and accurately.
  • Liaising with financial institutions regarding investment transactions and settlement instructions.
  • Supporting the formation of limited companies and establishment of new trusts.
  • Processing and supporting payments in conjunction with the Finance and Accounting team.
  • Ensuring bookkeeping records are up to date and liaising with Finance where required.
  • Maintaining statutory records and ensuring all client documentation is accurate and current.
  • Liaising with clients, intermediaries and third-party service providers.
  • Ensuring all client information is maintained within internal systems and databases.
  • Acting as a 'B' level signatory on client matters.
  • Ensuring timely completion of client reviews and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and supporting junior members of the team.
  • Promoting good governance and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and completing required CPD.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience within fiduciary services and be working towards, or hold, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, CGI (ICSA), CAT or equivalent. They will demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to manage a portfolio with minimal supervision. They will be proficient in relevant systems including document management platforms (e.g. NavOne), payment portals and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, and a proactive, self-motivated approach are essential. The successful individual will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with colleagues, clients and stakeholders at all levels, while also contributing to the development and support of junior team members.
